My circulation hasn’t been normal for the past several years. There are tiny broken capillaries near both of my ankles and on the side of one of my legs.

This morning after breakfast when I was cleaning dishes I noticed my arms were blotchy like my blood vessels were showing through. I looked on my legs and they were blotchy too with a blueish tint. Everything is normal now. I jumped on the trampoline and that helped. But this is scary to say the least.
