ExclamationRick Perry?

I’ve read several postings on Care2 written by people living in Texas. None of them had anything good
to say about him…NOT ONE! Especially when it comes to Texas children & the poor. Every one of
those 6 or 7 posters warned to NOT vote for Perry if he gets the Republican nomination for President.
All said he’s been a terrible Governor – arrogant & self centered.
Plus a friend of mine said Perry was at the latest Bilderberger’s meeting.
When your own fellow Texans don’t approve/want you I think it’s important to listen to them.
Hopefully the Repubs can come up w/a more viable candidate!

There are a useful set of videos here from a recent conference

Watching videos uses up quite a bit of my broadband download allowance so I’ve installed the free software DOWNLOAD HELPER to my Firefox browser. This downloads to your PC quickly and then you can watch at your leisure and if you need to watch more than once you save using so much of your bandwidth allowance. These videos are well produced with the powerpoint slideshow taking the main part of the screen and the speaker as a thumbnail in the corner of the screen so these are not as extravagant with your bandwidth as many others.

There are tiny broken capillaries near both of my ankles and on the side of one of my legs.

This morning after breakfast when I was cleaning dishes I noticed my arms were blotchy like my blood vessels were showing through. I looked on my legs and they were blotchy too with a blueish tint. Everything is normal now. I jumped on the trampoline and that helped. But this is scary to say the least.

Defaultswollen lymph node

Ok i woke up this morning.**
-did something for like an hour and went back to bed.**
-woke up 5 hours later and my right lymph node on the neck is really swollen.**
-it dont hurt when i swallow…it hurts if i touch it.**
-even minimal pressure applied to it makes it hurt.**
-what is this? should i be worried? maybe its connected to tongue thrush ive been having for so long now?

My dad’s Nephrologist is this Lebanese lady.**
- one of those types you want to marry just on her pleasantries. She said he is doing quite well and usually by this time she sees a rapid decline (I thank Coenzyme Q and Cordyceps) but no decline what so ever. Perfectly stable. So she says this next: You do not need to come in every 3 months.**
- just get blood work every 3 months and I will see you in a yr.
